Fix for missing channels after TNTSAT Software update – May 2018
This fix was tested on all Strong and Humax TNTSAT HD Boxes
If you’ve had a TNT software upgrade recently, and started to get a message on the screen that says your box configuration is wrong, such as;
“la configuration du terminal n’est pas exacte…” OR “The terminal configuration is not correct…”
Please try this solution- follow these steps:
- Reboot box from power (unplug box from power /then plug back in)
- Find ARTE (channel 7) – Leave the box on ARTE for 2 hours.
- If it doesn’t work, reboot box again and try same procedure this time on TF1
This will update your card and to the latest VO6 and will work normally.
If the above steps don’t work for you, make sure your card hasn’t already expired, and that you have a good stable satellite signal on Astra 1
