I recently subscribed to the Art & Al Jazeera sports channels, but am having great difficulty finding the Al jazeera sport channels. I have done may scans with my receiver with no joy.
I have all 6 Art channels and some Al Jazeera news channels but not the Sports channels i need.
Can any body help me with how to tune the channels in??
Al Jazeera Sport channels are listed by default at the very start. They are not listed anywhere close to ART sport channels.
Look there and if you still can't find them - try tuning them manually using these freqs:
Freq: 10726
Symbol Rate: 29900
Polarity: H

Thanks for the reply, i have checked through the channels list and they are definately not there.
When i spoke to the people i purchased the card from they advised i may need a bigger dish, current dish is 60cm. Could this be the reason i can not get them??
I dont think that is your case, al jazeera sport channels have quite a good signal and may be even strong than ART Sport channels , so i think you should be able to get them jsut fine. try manual tuning as instructed above
