As we know it. ART is having some technical faults with sound equipment on 1 of its broadcast control station in Italy.
And because they have transferred all business to mid-east early last year, I assume they didn't bother about servicing the problem assuming they will have a replacement base in the new location. They are however still relying on that particular station for that particular channel for a reason we don’t know.
