showsports card deactivated -company says they are on holiday can you help

my showsports card started showing scrambled yesterday aleady reset last week to pick changes due to orbit can any one help tried in a different box abd it still wouldnt work bought from supplier whose site says they are on holiday can you help

Card needs to be refreshed, I recommend you contact the company you ordered it from -they will have to contact provider on your behalf to refresh the card:

We had few calls from clients to reactivate cards they bought from a company (that claims to be on holiday).

They said they don't even have a store so you go to sort this out.

How can an entire company go on holiday at this time of year and leave cards deactivated? -sounds like a scam to me
