DIGITALB Channels, Same Satellite - new frequency

A recent technical glitch on board the Eutelsat W2 Satellite has caused many problems...

Now, we've been notified that most networks are back on and DigitAlb channels now broadcast on a different TP,

Please retune your box using the following information:

• NEW FREQUENCY: 10758
  
• POLARIZATION: H / HOR
• SYMBOL RATE: 27500
• FEC: AUTO

This frequency change will only affect DIGITALB channels

I tried the above new settings on my HD Kaon box, but there was no new channels found, i than changed the POLARIZATION: to V, this found the channels and works fine on my box last night 4th Feb 2010.

Today 5th Feb i switched on DigitAlb, i got message saying "channel list has changed please wait" (which happens know again and is fine) but than it reboots and same message come saying "channel list has change please wait" this keeps on repeating.

Please help, i have tried switching box off and taking card out still same problem.
