No video on Jsc+3 and Jsc+4

Hi, I have an aljazeera card for hotbird on an original viaccess cam but although the card is for JSC+1 , 2 ,3 and 4 I am only receiving Jsc+1 and Jsc+2. Can someone give me an idea what the problem is? I rescanned Hotbird on 11296 H 27500 3/4 on various occasions but still I get no video on +3 and +4. Thanks in advance.

Thanks guys. I 've just read in other posts what the problem is. If I knew aljazeera were so nasty , would not have bought these cards from them.
