help..cant get JSC +2 +5+6+7 etc

only just found this website,just wondering if anyone could help me.just purchased (from another supplier)al jazeera nilesat sport card.i´m not really clued up technically(know someone who is).i have 2 blues85 boxes splitting a showtime card.i,ve got my al jazeera card in the 2nd box.my problem is that i can receive +1..+3..and +4 perfect...+5 just has a screen sort of advertising all the channels..the others show scrambled etc.my supplier has told me to rescan which´someone has done for me,but its still the same(waiting for another reply from them).any advise would be greatly appreciated.

First; we also suggest that you manually retune Al Jazeera channels, NOT auto tune, then check:
Do you have the same missing channels on both boxes or do they appear on 1 box and not on the second one? if that is the case just do firmware update on the faulty box; if you have same problem on both boxes consider the LNB

thankyou for your speedy reply,i´ll try to expain a little better.i still have my showtime card in the main box and have put the al jazeera card in the other box and attempted to tune in the jsc sports on the box that contains the al jazeera card.i presume the Lnb is ok as i dont any problem with any of the showtime channels.hope that explains a little better..thankyou

Please explain in detail is your dish on hotbird? because if yes you just need to scan the hotbird freq, what al jazeera card do you have viacess or irderto
