No video on JSC +3 / JSC SP+3 / Jazeera Sport +3 : Solution

Firstly; No video on JSC +3 is a technical problem affecting all Irdeto cards that are being used on Multi-crypt boxes, most of these boxes will require firmware updates.
Firmware patches are usually released within days or weeks in cases like this depending on what box you are using. But if you prefer to fix this sooner rather than wait for updates and willing to spend more money on it, keep reading below:

If you have a problem with JSC +3 only, please reply to this post:

1. List your hardware; what box make and model
2. Are you using a CAM, if so -what type?
3. When and where did you buy your JS card?

You will not get a reply if you don't post as advised above.

The answers will hopefully benefit readers with the same or similar set-up.

i bought cam and card on on your website (about 3 or 4 weeks ago). my box is new (upgrade 03.11)

Even if your box's firmware is as new as last week, if you have no JSC +3 you need a new one,

What is strange in your case is that even with the IR Cam you still have same issue as people with Multi-Crypt, in my opinion that is the box is unable to load the IRDETO 2 version from the CAM and can only ready IR1

Anyway, if you are anywhere near London town -bring your box cam and card and we will test them instore for you, if you are far from us -you can send them by post for testing and we will find you a solution

But remember this issue really is a technical broadcast problem from Al Jazeera and many people have it, i would say %60 of all viewers have the same problem, we hear they are working on it right now to fix it.

Firmware update for the Globalstar 7100 is ready and tested working with JSC SP +3, it will be posted later today with instruction on how to update.
