I'm sorry to hear that, please send us the card and CAM with a note describing the fault and we will look into it, if any part is faulty we will replace it for you immediatly

After checking our database, records, orders and your card number we weren't able to find any trace of your order or the card you sent to us - then from your email and the copy of your paypal receipt we understand you did not buy this card from TotalSat -I recommend you contact TechDig for replacement or refund and I doubt you will get any from them most of thier cards stopped working because they are not legitimate, we are sending your unauthorised card back to you.
You insisted that you have bought your card from TotalSat despite your receipt show TechDig, You know that we check card details in store and we would look for your order to generate replacement -

i'm sorry for that mistake. i didn't want to lie. just had yours website in favourites so i was thinking that i bought here. sorry for it again.

As for your card, we believe it has been deactivated by Al Jazeera (probably they haven't received a payment for it) -just ask for it to be replaced or refunded by TD
|
