I'm sorry to hear that, please send us the card and CAM with a note describing the fault and we will look into it, if any part is faulty we will replace it for you immediatly

i'm sorry for that mistake. i didn't want to lie. just had yours website in favourites so i was thinking that i bought here. sorry for it again.

As for your card, we believe it has been deactivated by Al Jazeera (probably they haven't received a payment for it) -just ask for it to be replaced or refunded by TD
