jsc card is <showing no right for audio no right for video>

I renewed my card 1 week ago but it didn’t work, they told me that I need a viaccess cam to activate the card, so I bought one but the card and I waited for twoo days one jsc 5+ but is still not working and is showing that there is no right for audio no right for video> also with sending signals it didn’t work.

The card is still active on the Aljazeera site till 2-11-2010.

So what is the problem in this case??
