aljazeera card viaccess is not working.

please somebody tells me how to activate my aljazeera viaccess card, i just renewed few days ago, but i cant activated in my ctech box with a multicam, doe i need a viaccess cam to activated? or is there some other solutions??

If more than 5 days have passed since you asked for upgrade, contact the seller to refresh the card, you must use Viaccess Cam and leave it over night on JSC +4
