Can't get Al Jazeera Sport +3 and +4 any more

Please tell us more about your card chris, do you have Jazeera Sport channels from 1 to 8 but on 3 and 4 are missing or you only had 1 to 4 and now3 and 4 are mission

now for few days JSC +3 is down on all cards,

my card is a viacess card, i had al jazeera sports +1 , +2 , +3 , +4 until last tuesday everything was working fine but then i lost +3 and +4 this card is vaild up to the 26 th december 2009 thank you

I have the same problem. Viacess cam + AlJazeeraSports +1/+2/+3/+4 card. Since last week, can only watch the +1 and +2.

You both will have to upgrade cards, Al Jazeera pulled the plug on those 2 channels to force people to upgrade cards -nasty move from your al Jazeera...
But if you guys want 3 and 4 channels back you will have to upgrade or buy a new cards

Excuse me, but this is not a "nasty move". This looks like an illegal move.
Look, I've bought the card in August. A card for the 4 channels for one year. And you're telling me that 3 months later the conditions have change?? And to continue having the channels I've already paid for, need to pay more??! Why less 2 channels? Why not all??

I understand you don´t make the cards, and whatever you sell, always depend from the "source", but... this is ridiculous. Do you agree with this? What´s the TotalSat position about this procedure?

Can I get a refund? This is clearly not what I've paid for.

Why less 2 channels; because if they remove all the channels it will be illegal and you can take them to court but when they remove 2 channels; it is called changes in broadcast, and apparently they can get away with that.

We don't make the changes and we don't decide or have anything to do with Al Jazeera... We supply cards as advertised for the channels that are available at the time you buy the card...

Satellite distributors cannot be held responsible for broadcast changes, only Al Jazeera network is responsible for what channels they decide to add or remove from the subscriptions
