After much testing and research we have now traced the problem;
If you have no video on JSC SP +3, most likely you have Multi-Crypt box and you require a new firmware patch for Irdeto
This applies to all Multi-Crypt boxes including; Globastar, Technomate, Echolink, Darkman, Cristor...

In your case your box will have to be upgraded, we will look into this on Monday, we can send you a new firmware to load on the box using a memory stick or replace the box for you.

Please contact the office on Monday morning, we will get this sorted the same day

i just solved the problem here, multicrypt may be a problem i switched on my old humax 5400 and working fine. seems need to update dream box even

All Multi-Crypt boxes have same issue, even dreambox
for dreambox look for latest CCcam or New cs patch

guys what's the story with +3???? still is dark on my card. (funny is if i click on menu and exit on my coolstream, have only sound on +3)
