Update: 27/10/2009

Recently we have received a couple of AL JAZEERA SPORT CARD returned to us as not working, we contacted the agent who assured us they are activated and the issue is a hardware problem.

So after some testing, the problem has turned out to be a missed update on some cards that are being used inside Multi-crypt card readers.

The cards stop if they miss the automatic update -which is hard to achieve on some boxes that use multi-crypt readers, like; Technomate

Quote:
SOLUTION:
All you have to do is keep the card inside an Irdeto 2 official CAM or any receiver with Irdeto 2 reader for up to 48 hours straight on JSC Sport +2 and it will activate

If you bought your card from TotalSat and stopped suddenly after few days and you have no access to Irdeto 2 CAM, you can send it to us for a reactivation and we will return it to you activated with 48 hours
