I d like to renew the card.
I dont remember when it has expired but the code is written in the card is 319 05 75 XXX X
are we 100%sure we can upgrade that card ?

They are SCAM, do not use -
We keep removing them, they keep appearing

We can try, just place your order online and if our agent we cannot renew it we will let you know and we will not charge your card

When I try to place order the system says you need more than 10 pounds for shipping
but in my case you dont have to ship anything. Is it an error or I have to add those 10 pounds to the price?

Error in the script, we can only remove the shipping charge after the order has been placed (we will not charge you the shipping)

It only happens for Renewals and when the shipping address is outside the UK

We are working on it
