SKY HD UK Box

Hi

I recently bought a sky hd box offline to replace existing standard sky box, but i am getting no signal. Does anybody know what maybe the problem? I was told it maybe the LNB, not being strong enough for sky hd.

If it is the LNB, is it easy to replace and how much does that cost?

You have to call SKY to register your card to the new box; it is a procedure they do over the phone; called coupling
Every SKY UK card has to be registered with the box to work on it
Also; if you are using 1 cable or 2 cables you have to define that in the settings otherwise you get no signal;
