What is happening?
BIS TV France have upgraded transmission to MPEG4 - DVB-S2
That is HD in other words (On Hotbird).
The problem:
They are now ONLY broadcasting in HD standard MPEG4 / DVB-S2
Only receivers with MPEG4 Support + Viaccess CAM are compatible.
How do you know if you are affected;

- You have a Standard or Digital Receiver NOT HD
