Deliveries outside UK

I'm about to order the 12M aljazeera sports card 'n cam, but as a first time buyer, there are some things I still don´t understand.

I'll use the bank transfer payment mode, but it's the delivery that worries me (live in Portugal).

How does the "Europe Signed-for Delivery" works? If I use my home adress, and I'm not there, where does the pack goes? Nearest post office?

we supply to customers all over the world - the package is delivered by your local postal service and a signature is required, but if you are not home - they will leave you a note to collect the package from them and sign for it
