As of today 2 major French TV channels; M6 and W9 are available on all BIS TV viewing card.
On HOTBIRD and ATLANTIC BIRD3
For existing cards, to get the new channels, you will have re-tune: the 12,692 H Transponder (Hotbird)
For Atlantic Bird and any new installation; just use the frequencies supplied on the product page.

The channels you named are CANAL channels not BIS, your card will only get you channels listed on the following page:
http://www.totalsat.co.uk/french-bis-tv-12m-card-p -112.html
To get: Teva, Tf6, Ab4, Ab3, 13rue, Audyce you will need to change to CANALSAT:
http://www.totalsat.co.uk/canalsat-cinema-12m-pack -p-47.html
