Dear TotalSat Customers and non TotalSat CANAL Victims,
We are being flooded by emails and calls daily, we are not CANAL+ we try to help everyone but you have to be know that your current situation is caused by the CANAL GROUP and we are only a reseller of cards, your actual contract is with CANAL+.
TotalSat customers:
We are working on this issue and enquiring about the missing cards every week -
To get your new card faster please
contact us here (include your card number) we will email your contract details and how to contact CANAL directly and request a replacemenet card.

Non TotalSat customers:
Please contact your dealer, we CANNOT help you in any way -we don't have your contract details, we cannot get you a replacement card, CANAL only sends replacement cards to the registered contract addresses.
We are still receiving very few cards at random and we will let you know when your we have your card.
We are pulling CANAL cards from sale until this situation is sorted and stocks restored, and we recommend people to stay away from CANAL new cards and renewals until this problem is over.
An alternative solution to CANAL that will suit most people is the French TNTSAT sub, compatible with most CANAL system as plug and play, with no need for engineer, (for clients with integrated systems, crestron, amx, cedia installations you will need an engineer to retune the system (e.g: pronto))
