I have an 80cm dish aligned to Hotbird. I am wanting to tune into the ART Sports channels. When scanning for channels the signal quality and strength turn green when the receicver reaches 12015 freq but no channels are saved. I have tried a manual scan just on that frequency, again the signal strengh appears to be there but no channels can be be saved. Can anyone help please?

how much signal strenth do you get on those channels?
what receiver are you using?
