Visiosat TVS 7500 - 'mise a jour' update stuck on 0%
Hi,
our Visiosat TVS 7500 has been telling us that an update ('mise a jour') has been detected. When 'OK' is pressed (the only option) it switches to some kind of download/updating screen which stays on 0%. A graphic shows an arrow pointing from 'NET' to 'STB' and at the bottom are the words 'LoaderPID 0x2069'.
Nothing changes and after 5 minutes it re-boots itself and goes through the same process again.
End result, a useless French Satellite box!
Can anyone advise us on this, please, to help restore our receiver?

PS The Visiosat website simply states that an update will take place automatically, but it just doesn't work for us...
"MISE A JOUR
Du 26 octobre au 7 novembre une mise à jour de votre terminal TVS 7600 et TVS 7500 s'effectue automatiquement par satellite."
EDIT: just seen possible solution on 'ticker' on front page. Too bad I searched for 'TVS 7500 mise a jour' and came up with nothing - should have used '7600 update' instead!
