help with multiswitch

I brouth a multiswitch to installe in my sat system but I have a problem:
1 I have two antenna disch one for Hispasat and an other to Hotbird.
2 when I connect the twin LNB to the multiswitch in dish of Hispasat does not work (can not watch any signal) if I connect direct to the sat receiver it is OK.
3 when I connect the twin LNB to the multiswitch in dish of Hotbird does work (can watch signal) and work ok.
4 change the twin lnb from Hispasat to Hot bird and do the same.
5 the multiswich is spaun model sbk 3200nf and smk 2260f.
any help is very apreciate.

If you mean twin LNB as 2 LNB heads on 1 output:

Multiswitch DOES NOT work with twin lnb, because the LNB itself has a disec switch inside, so the pulse willl not reach the lnb (but you can try the second neck on the lnb holder so work around the switch - on hispasat).

If you mean twin LNB as 1 LNB head with 2 outputs:

You probably need to adjust the settings on your receiver to the correct working disec ports on the switch.
