can not get thor 0.8w

hi,i have recently installed a motorised dish of which i thought was pretty easy to install,how ever,i can recieve great signal on amos 4.0w and sirius 4.8e but for the life of me cannot seem to pick up thor 0.8w.can also get excellent signal on all of the popular satellites ie hotbird,astra.can anyone help or shed any light on what i may be doing wrong.

Try a different TP (frequency) while scanning, the main auto TP preset for that direction might be down or changed frequency
Most satellite receivers allocate the first TP in the auto-tune for indicating signal level to the satellite, when that frequency changes, the receiver cannot show you signal level -even if you were poiting to the right direction

hi,still can not get the channels i want,scanned on different TP but still cannot get C+sports scandinavia,the TP that these channels are on have no signal..

how big is the dish size, you may need and engineer on site to look at this -but we know you need between 80cm and 100cm dish for Thor and C+ scandinavia
