<div class="quote"><div class="quoting">A Gordon: </div>Anyone know what the problem could be? I've treid unplugging the box and rescanning, to no avail. Part of the problem is that I don't know what the correct settings for the Manhattan box are that we use. I'm assuming we'd only have a single LNB and that it should be set to 'universal' but the rest of the settings mean nothing to me. However, I've tried a factory reset and various other settings again to no avail.</div>
I suggest you reset the box to default setting (factory reset), then just tune ASTRA 1 as normal without changing any settings -just run auto search and make sure you select ASTRA 1, if you get your channels back great, if you get few channels (up to 100) then you will need to realign the dish
if you get no channels at all also check the dish is well aligned.
