Default What's required for a Sky subscriber to get Al Jazeera sports?

Hi.
I am an existing Sky subscriber (so have the dish outside the house), but I am looking to get Al Jazeera sports as well for the SPL football. What is it that I require hardware wise to achieve this? I know that Sky and Al Jazeera use a different satellite, but can I use the one dish to recieve a feed for both channels or will I need a second dish? If I do require a second dish, is it a special sized one I require?
I am in Glasgow if that matters.

Thanks

Al Jazeera Sport shows all SPL games, you cannot get Al Jazeera channels on your existing SKY dish - you will need a new dish 60 to 80cm big on Hotbird

If you prefer to have just 1 dish for both, get Visiosat 65cm oval Bisat dish with 28-13 LNB bracket and an experienced engineer.

Hi mate , I'm in livingston i have a 60cm Sky dish which i recieve Sky uk from and another 60cm sky dish which picks up hotbird the visiosat dish is meant to be really good, but quite expensive i thought about this option but it was cheaper to install another sky dish which picks up aljazeera sports no problem. Its up to you but you have came to the right place i got a box and subscription to aljazeera sport back in september from totalsat and it is ideal for all the Celtic or Rangers matches i have now changed one of my dishes to a Triax TD 78 with a monoblock lnb picking up Hotbird and Astra 1 and it is perfect if you need any help just give me a shout .

Hi thanks for that reply. Can a normal sky dish pick up the hotbird satellite without issue?is it just a case of aiming it in the right direction?

Cheers

Yeah mate the zone 2 dishes in Scotland can pick up Hotbird no problem just tweak the dish more to the left when facing the dish if you don't have a satmeter just fiddle around until you get a signal thats what i did the box i have has the lists of sats and when you select it tells you the signal on each transponder if your not up for that it would only be about £50 to £60 to get a local sat installer to fit it for you. Do you have a sat reciever for Hotbird already?
