BIS Ultimum, ART channels not showing

Dear support,

recently I received from you my BIS card, which supposed to have an ultimum upgrade for the adult channels and ART channels, French channels are working fine but no ART channels nor XXL and Dorcel, my card number is 331 00 xx xxx x can you please check for me that the card has the right packgaes also I tried to register the card on the BIS website but it shows that the card number is not valid

Have you tried to remove parental control using 8080 code under Cam menu for Dorcel and XXL? and as for ART channels, have you tried to retune the 12015 Freqs?
