Default French TV AND Sky on same dish

Hi

we would like to install French TV but also be able to subscribe to a Sky package. Do we have to buy two satellite dishes ? Which set up do you recommend us and at what price ?

Also, we would like the dish to be set at the back of the house, not at the front (even though the living room where the TV is in at the front), would that be possible ?

Looking forward to your answer and to doing business with you

Regards

Stéphanie

You can have French TV and SKY on the same dish, but you have to let us know of that, and we can supply you a special 60cm dish that can take both and we also do the SKY installation for you at the same time as the French and you only have to contact SKY to subscribe when you need to, no need for SKY engineer call out.

This is only possible if the back of your house is facing south..ish
You can check if your dish will be fitted at front or back using the following tool:

Satellite Pointing and Dish Alignment help using Google Maps

Notes:

French TV Satellite is 19.2E ASTRA 1H + 1F....
SKY Satellite is: 28.2E ASTRA 2A + 2B...

Great, thanks for your quick reply. can you give me an idea of the cost for these services and the set up?

our garden/back of the house faces South; to use the satellite pointing tool and make sure it will work for us, I would have to know which dish you recommend we use as the drop down list has many choices !

Actually, just realized that we would only need a French dish as we can get sky channels via Virgin cable (which we have). i'll call the offices. Thanks
