Watching Canal Plus on my Sagem HD box

Hello,

I recently purchased the TNT HD pack from your shop. Thank you again for your excellent service and I am delighted with the quality of the product. I have a question for in relation to Canal Plus.

I noticed that when the Canal Plus channel is encrypted an advertising feature runs stating that my box is "Canal ready." I have also noticed that there is an option on the Canal website allowing people with a "Canal ready" box to upgrade and receive a card to watch the Canal Plus channels.

My question is this. If I bought an official Canal viewing card from your shop would it work in my Sagem TNT HD box? I understand that I must provide an address in France and I am able to do this.

It is going to be as simple as just ordering CANAL bouquet and CANAL+ as extra channels on the same setup

You will be able to upgrade your existing card without need for a new card,

But we are not sure yet, if you will need an address in France or not. You can try online on CANAL website and let us know if it works for you

Thank you for your quick response. I have tried ordering on their website however they insist on a French bank account which I do not have at the moment. I would be very interested in doing business with you again and like the idea of upgrading without the need for a new card.

Please let me know when you might be able to offer the upgrade as I will be certain to go for it.

I think we will be able to upgrade TNTSAT cards to get CANAL in the next couple of weeks

We dont know that yet, but i don't think a French address will be required or how much is going to cost

We are still looking into this, now we know a French address is required to process a 12M contract for the extra channels, we also know -it is possible to use the same TNTSAT card and the channels will be added as extra

We are awaiting the prices and exact procedure

Please allow us few more days we ware working on it

just to let you know that we are still not able to add C+ to TNTSAT and we still awaiting for the procedure and prices, we will update here as soon we know more
