BIS TV + Viaccess CAM + Humax CI-5100

Hi,
I bought two weeks ago a BIS smartcard and a Viaccess CAM. I have an Humax CI-5100 receiver.
When I plug the CAM and the smart card into the CI slot, on humax menu I got: "CI not valid".

Could you help me?

You need to try a new viaccess 3 cam, the message says CI aka Common Interface not valid -mean the box is not recognizing the CAM or the card

It could be a CAM or card problem, you have to try a new cam or the existing cam in a new box to find out

I bought a new receiver with conax-viaccess embedded: the card works perfectly with the new one...
