Hi there,

I've just bought a digital satellite receiver (Technomate TM-3400 CI+) and I would like to find out how to have access to the French chanels.
I understand that I should buy a Viaccess CAM plus a TV card to be able to seen the French channels? Am I correct ?
If yes could you please let me know what should I buy to watch the french chanels ?
I'm interested by the card Bis TV Panorama, should I buy this card or should I buy a CAM with the TV card ? Please explain me how the whole system is working ?
As well, I would like to know how much it will cost if I ask you to set up the card and the CAM ? I've already set up the dish and the receiver and I can watch some free french chanels but most of them are scrambled.

Thanks and regards.

Best to buy a BIS TV card and try it on your box before you get the CAM if it works past 10 days, you dont need a CAM if it stops within 10 days, then you will have to buy a Viaccess 3 CAM.
The card will update within 10 days of first use, if it works after that it means your box is fine, most Technomate boxes fail the update without the CAM and the card stops.

More info and price on BIS TV CARD click here.

For VIACCESS 3 CAM click here.

Thank for your reply. I'll buy the Bis TV Card but I would like to know how much the Viaccess 3 CAM will cost in case I need it? As well if I ask for a technical assistance how much you'll charge me?

Regards.

I've just received the Bis TV Card that I bought from you but I'm still not able to watch the french channels. I'm still having the message "Scrambel channel" Could you please advise? As well is it possible to come to my place and fix all the channels for me? If yes how much it will cost me?
Regards.

You need to retune the channels using the new frequency, the channels already listed on your system may not be the correct ones.

Make sure you scan manually using the frequencies supplied as below:

11681 / 12245 / 12692 H
27500

To check if you are using the right the frequency, use the info button on one of the listed channels

If still have a problem call me directly on 07875676714. I may be able to help you over the phone or send you someone.
