I've got a French satellite receiver which is geared to their Freesat , called TNTSAT It was in the middle of a software upgrade and the power went off and now it tries to boot up but gives an error message. (er 08) I want to know if I can a revert to previous programme or force another upgrade. The model is a Sagem ISD74 TNTSAT with viaccess encryption. the screen is dead and it just freezes, and it wont switch off."
Any ideas? Or does anyone know where I can get it repaired?
Sounds like corrupted firmware, i can only recommend you send it back for replacement -it is still under warranty, there is no work around -it will not update anymore
