TNTSAT - DISH SIZE REQUIRED?

I am living in London and want to install the TNT SAT. I would like to know if there is a min size required to receive TNTSAT in London. Living in a flat with balcony, i am interested in a very discrete dish.

So my first question is:
do i need a min size dish to receive TNT SAT?

My second question is:
This digicube dish would work for TNT SAT in London?
