Request for Assistance with French TNT Audio Frequency Adjustments

I have a TNT French Sat receiver in which the audio becomes distorted every now and then. The only way I have been able to correct this condition is to pull the plug on the receiver and let it rest an hour or so, then plug it back in and reset all the channels. I have found that most of the time this works, but not all of the time. Is there any way to adjust the audio frequency manually on this TNT French receiver?

Any advice or assistance is very much appreciated.

Official TNT French: STRONG SRT6410

Pointed to ASTRA 19.2 degree

Sounds like your BOX is faulty
To know for sure; Change the SCART Leads, if you still have a problem then box is faulty
It is under warranty, get it replaced
