You have to manually retune the channels using the new frequencies supplied as a " IMPORTANT TECHNICAL INSTRUCTION" sticker on your invoice .
But here is the procedure, the how and why of BIS TV channels on Hotbird, for anyone who needs it:

When channel name is (e.g; France 2) it is probably a previous TPS or CANAL channel and not the one for BIS TV, so sometimes you will get the same channel name few time (if you rearrange the channels list in Alphabetical or Name order/sorting) but only one of these channels will work.
An easier way to fix this is to retune the frequencies supplied below manually into the box, then you can easily find them at the end/bottom of your channels list
