Default Signal Problems with DigitalB Gold package

Hi

I have since last Wednesday 27th Jan 2010 had problems with all channels on DigitalB Gold package, some channels are working but with low signal quality mainly the HD channels are the big problem.

I have been on the liveonsat web site which says that digitalB supersport is 15.8 Eurobird 16. As digitalB was 16 East on EutelSat W2 before.

Firstly has the signal been changed from 16e to 15.8e?

If so I am unsure know do i have to manually put in 15.8 Eurobird in my HD box and scan channels again with the satellite being on 15.8 East know?

This might sound funny to some people as it is very unusual, but the problem you having is related to a major Satellite fault.
All channels, networks, radios, telephone and communication is down on Eutelsat W2
