Last night I carried out a reset on my receiver which I bought from you a couple of years ago.I was advised to do this as I have been having problems tuning M6HD since the last software update.

Unfortunately following the reset the receiver will not switch on and displays a flashing Er01 or ER09. Pressing any button on the remote starts the numbers 01/ 02 / 03 counting but they soon change again to Er01 or Er09. I have tried removing the power but it now always goes to Er01 or Er09.

What can I do to restore the reciever. I wish I had not reset it as I was able to receive all the other channels but now nothing. There is no display on the TV at all by the way.
