Terms and conditions of use

Warranty:

All products stocked and supplied by TotalSat come with 12 Months managed warranty, with the exception of viewing cards (warranty will be with the broadcaster)

General:

- We will respond to all email enquiries within 1 working day.

Installations:

Installation of the complete systems costs £129.00 if you live within the M25. If you live outside this designated area an extra charge will be incurred. It will depend on mileage. All installations carry a 1 year onsite warranty.
If you live outside London M25, you can also arrange the installation with a local aerial installer in your area. 

Deliveries:

Free standard UK delivery is available on all products sold at TotalSat.co.uk
Express next working day (UK) delivery available on all products, cost varies and will be displayed on checkout, before payment is made.
All products and packages delivered and installed by TotalSat carry 1 year onsite UK Wide warranty.
All products delivered but not installed by our team carry 1 year warranty free return for immediate replacement if faulty.

Payments:

When you place an order on this website, you will be given 3 choices of payments: Credit or Debit Card, Bank transfer and Payment on delivery (this option is only available when ordering a full package within London M25).
We accept most credit card types and all debit cards over the phone and online-All online credit card sales are processed through PayPal checkout system. PayPal use the latest secure payment technologies to protect your data.

Cancelations / Returns Policy: 

If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order and return a product for any reason; we will refund you in full any amount paid to TotalSat if you cancel within 15 days from the date of receipt of goods and the product is returned with original packaging (%25 fee is charged for lost or damaged packaging) 
We do not accept returns after this period. We will refund return delivery charges only if the goods are returned due to a fault not of the customer, e.g faulty or incorrectly delivered. 
For pay-tv subscriptions and viewing cards, a handling fee of %10 is required for cancelations plus any viewing time counting from date of receiving the product.


The Waste Electrical and Electronic (WEEE) Regulations:

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. 
In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge.

As a responsible retailer, we have met the requirements placed on us by offering all customers buying new electrical equipment free take-back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis in our stores. Unwanted Items should be returned within 28 days of purchasing your new product. 

At TotalSat we are offering our customers Free in-store take-back of old WEEE items on a like for like basis. 

Example: If a customer buys a satellite receiver from TotalSat, we would accept your old satellite receiver (WEEE) to be returned to us for recycling. The WEEE product must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase. 
* Online customers wishing to return a WEEE item by post must pay for the return shipping cost. 

If you do not recycle electrical items they will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health. 

 

This symbol is intended to remind householders to separate their WEEE and dispose of it in a responsible manner and separately from other household waste.
