Warranaty:

The invoice you receive form us or from PayPal (when you pay online) acts as your guarantee and must be kept safe and shown when requested.

Installations:
Installation of the complete French TNTSAT package costs £129.00 if you live within the M25. If you live outside this designated area an extra charge will be incurred. It will depend on mileage. All installations carry a 1 year onsite warranty.
If you live outside London M25, you can also arrange the installation with a local aerial installer in your area.

Deliveries:
All complete satellite TV packages will be delivered free of charge UK and Europe wide
All products and packages delivered and installed by TotalSat carry 1 year onsite UK Wide warranty.
All products delivered but not installed by our team carry 1 year return for immediate replacement if faulty - 3 working days TA.

Payments:
When you place an order at TotalSat UK, you will be given 3 choices of payments: Credit or Debit Card, Bank transfer and Payment on delivery (this option is only available when ordering a full package within London M25).
We accept most credit card types and all debit cards over the phone and online-All online credit card sales are processed through PayPal checkout system. PayPal use the latest secure payment technologies to protect your data.
If you are having trouble ordering online, or if you prefer to order over the phone - please call us on 0208 133 9898 during working hours and we will take your order over the phone.
We also accept bank transfer payments and cheques ( with a cheque guarantee card) - If your cheque returns unpaid for insufficient funds or for any other reason, we will no longer accept cheques from you and you will be required to pay using a different payment method and you may be charged a handling fee.

Cancelations / Returns Policy:
Satellite packages that include installation by TotalSat:
You can change your mind and cancel any job or order before the installation date, you will not be charged any fees and you will get a full refund if have made any payments.
If you cancel an installation on the day its due, once TotalSat engineers or contractors are on site - a charge of £55 to £95 is payable, this is to cover some of the costs incurred by the company.

All other products:
If you decide to cancel your order and return a product for any reason, we will refund you in full any amount paid to TotalSat UK if you cancel within 15 days from the date of receipt of goods and the product is returned intact in original packaging. We do not accept returns after this period. We will not re-imburse or refund return postage for any reason, we can only refund money that was paid to TotalSat.
For pay-tv subscriptions and viewing cards, a handling fee of %10 is required for cancelations plus any viewing time counting from date of receiving the product.
